Refund Policy

Return/Refund Conditions

1. Items received within 30 days.

2. The returned items must be unopened or in good condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged or modified in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that you send back directly without consulting us beforehand.

4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. The after-sales warranty is 30 days after the package is received (according to the logistics information).

If quality problems (broken, incomplete, etc.) of the product are detected during the after-sales warranty period, please contact us immediately and send us clear photos of the defective item. We can replace it after verification.

If quality problems (broken, incomplete, etc.) of the product are detected during the after-sales warranty period, please do not discard the product and the packaging before your problem is resolved.

If you order multiple products, you may receive different packages sent from different warehouses. Don’t worry if you receive a package with an incorrect quantity of products. The other packages will arrive later.

Initial Payment Method: Receive your refund in your initial payment method for the price of the item, minus 10% restocking fee.

After the refund is processed, you will receive it within 1 to 5 days, depending on your payment method.

1. Please check if the items are damaged before opening them.

2. Each order has only one after-sales privilege.

3. Replacement, return or refund is not possible if the product does not meet your expectations/desires when the product is in good condition.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please send an email first; we will reply as soon as possible and send you the return address.

Please indicate the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and reason.

Please do not return the product to the return address indicated on the package, as we will not be able to receive it at that location.

2. Place the item in the original packaging.

The return of the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so as not to affect resale.

3. Drop off your package at your carrier.

Please provide the tracking number and the website to track the logistics information after sending the package back to us.

You can return it via any carrier, but do not exceed 30 working days.

4. We receive your return package.

We will check the condition of the package upon receipt and then process the refund to your account according to the return conditions.
